About Kimberly

Kimberly English is a certified Spiritual Director. She is a graduate of The Haden Institute of Spiritual Direction and Dreamwork Training in Asheville, NC, where she spent two years studying spirituality, contemplative traditions, and Jungian psychology. She and her family currently make their home in the mountains of North Carolina.

“I’ve always been intrigued by how the mind works. Personality, patterns that we follow without realizing it, and our deep instinctual nature are fascinating to me. People have so much light inside. Sometimes it’s been locked away for whatever reason, and we feel the longing to make changes so we can live from that deeper more satisfying place! Our passions, patterns of behavior, addictions, even our emotional responses are clues that tell us something about what we need. I don’t want to hide from any of it.”
